The villa is designed as a pavilion-style bungalow, with 350 square meters of air-conditioned spaces. It features a central, open-plan living room and dining area, with sliding glass doors that provide convenient access to other villa amenities such as the 67-square meter pool with Jacuzzi area, an outdoor shower, and a spacious outdoor covered sala by the beach. The villa also comes with a fully-equipped western-style kitchen, and another Thai kitchen just beside it.

There are five bedrooms spread throughout the villa, each with its own en-suite bathroom facility. Among the five rooms is a self-contained bedroom, which has its own private lounge area. Most of the bedrooms enjoy panoramic ocean views, as well as options for natural lighting and ventilation through floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
